Insurance

All products are shipped fully insured at no extra cost to customers.

Order Process

Typically, most in-stock products will be received by customers within 5-7 business days. Special orders, drapery, roman blind, seat cushion, out of stock, or back-ordered products will take additional time. Customers will be notified and tracking information will be provided.

RETURN POLICY

Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. will not accept any returns after 30 days. Special order or custom order items cannot be returned under any circumstances. Returned items must be in new, unused, re-­sellable condition, with all pieces included. All returns are subject to approval by Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. All return shipping is the responsibility of the client -­‐ all return shipments must be fully insured, and the client must file any loss/damage claims. When approved after inspection, a return will be issued, and the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be clearly noted on the shipping waybill and packaging. Any incoming shipments without an RMA number will be refused. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply to returned items. Additionally, a $10 repackaging fee will be applied to any returns without acceptable packaging.

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If a shipment is refused and is returned to Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. by the carrier, the client will be billed any return shipping fees as well as the cost to resend the shipment. This includes shipments where the courier is unable to deliver after multiple attempts.

DAMAGE CLAIMS / SHIPMENT SHORTAGES

All damage claims must be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. will provide all the necessary documentation, but the client must initiate all claims. The recipient must keep all packing materials so the carrier can investigate them; Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. accepts zero responsibility for clients and their customers who misplace or discard the packaging of a damaged shipment. After reporting the loss/damage with the carrier, contact Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. immediately with pictures of the damaged item(s) and packaging to proceed with the claim.

SPECIAL ORDERS

Any item designated as “Special Order” cannot be cancelled once it has been placed on order and cannot be returned regardless of the circumstances.

WARRANTY/LIABILITY POLICY

All products sold on www.fineinteriorsbysusan.com by Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. are sold “as is.” Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. does not offer warranties on any of the products that are sold on our website. Products sold on our site have their own standard manufacturer’s warranty.

Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. is not liable for any damage or injuries resulting from using or installing products purchased from our website. Some products sold on our site are not approved or meant to be used on city streets/highways and can only be used off-road or on track. All parts will be utilized or installed at the buyer’s discretion. Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. will not be responsible for the customer’s actions.

PRICING

Prices are always subject to change without notice, and pricing errors are not the responsibility of Fine Interiors By Susan Inc. If a pricing error occurs, we will either refund the order in full or give the client the option to pay the difference.
